A few bad things ruined our stay. At check in, our clerk was on the phone for over 15 minutes and she never apologized for our wait. At breakfast there were so many people that we couldn't get in so we left and came back in 15 minutes. Unfortunately it was 9:25 when we came back and we were rudely told to leave. We would have at least liked to have been offered a roll or something quick.
