The room itself was OK and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also felt very safe in the hotel even though the rooms open to the street. The sheets were clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The biggest problem was that I had a non-smoking room that had an air conditioner that was old and emitted smoky smells all night causing sleep disturbance since I could not breathe.
