The staff is great, the grounds are very well kept, it is quiet and out of the way, and best of all, they are very dog friendly and you can't beat the price. We stay here 4-6 times a year.

There was a disturbance next door. A "guest?" knocked repeatedly at my door at 3 am. Also, I stay at the Premier about once a month and would love to be "rewarded" with a free stay.

If you're looking for an inexpensive, basic room, this is the place. Room was clean, curtious staff, great rates and close to everything.
